Thank you for your willingness to share your thoughts with the Dubuque Community School District (DCSD) board and administration as it continues the process of community involvement in its strategic planning and facilities development.
The survey is anonymous. No individually identifiable information is asked or collected
. Your answers will be combined with others and no responses will be identified with any specific person.
We appreciate you taking time to share your opinions and perceptions with the School District. We've tried to keep this survey as brief as possible while still collecting as much useful information as possible.

(Please note: It is recognized and acknowledged that there is a trade-off between the breadth and specificity of topics and questions vs. a longer and more specific survey. In order to keep the survey to a manageable length, not all possible topics are addressed specifically).
